Signal Relief provides estimated delivery dates for each item in your cart based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and fulfillment location. All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Available Shipping Options
- Standard U.S. Shipping: Typically 5–8 business days
- FedEx Expedited: Typically 2–3 business days (not guaranteed)
- UPS Express: Typically 1–2 business days (not guaranteed)
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- Fulfillment typically takes 1–2 business days.
- Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after fulfillment.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- While expedited and express shipping options are available, next-day fulfillment cannot be guaranteed outside of normal processing timelines.
- Standard/Economy orders ship via USPS, Expedited orders ship via FedEx, and Express orders ship via UPS.
- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. Once an order has been fulfilled, Signal Relief is not responsible for carrier delays or refunding shipping costs.

- Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are based on carrier-provided timelines and cannot be guaranteed.
- Signal Relief is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Shipping fees and any optional shipping insurance are non-refundable, except in cases where merchandise arrives damaged.
Shipping FAQs
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, and there is a very limited window during which a cancellation may be possible.
To request a cancellation, please email info@accep.top with “URGENT: CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once the package arrives, please write “RETURN TO SENDER” on the package and place it back in the mailbox. A refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Can I change my shipping address?
Signal Relief cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted, as orders may already be in fulfillment or transit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout, particularly when using express checkout options (Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Signal Relief is not liable for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to address errors provided at checkout.
If you notice an address error, please email info@accep.top immediately with “URGENT: WRONG ADDRESS” in the subject line and include the corrected address. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.
If an address change is not possible:
USPS (Standard/Economy Shipping):
- Contact your local post office directly (not the USPS hotline) to request a package intercept. Any interception fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- If you know the recipient at the delivery address, they may write “Return to Sender” on the package and place it back in the mailbox.
- You may also retrieve the package from the delivery address on the day it is marked delivered.
FedEx or UPS (Expedited/Express Shipping):
- Contact the carrier directly to request an address correction or delivery intercept. Additional fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers may also use FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice to reroute, hold, or manage deliveries.
Signal Relief is not responsible for reshipping orders due to address errors entered at checkout.
My order shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
In some cases, carriers may mark packages as delivered prior to final drop-off. Packages often arrive within the next business day.
USPS Deliveries:
- Wait one additional business day.
- Contact your local post office (not the USPS hotline) and request delivery details.
FedEx or UPS Deliveries:
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- Request proof of delivery or delivery details.
- Use FedEx Delivery Manager or UPS My Choice for additional delivery information.
Signal Relief cannot refund or reship orders that are mis-delivered by the carrier or stolen from a property.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact info@accep.top within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- A photo of the incorrect or damaged item(s)
- A photo of the packing slip showing the order number
Both items are required to correct a shipment issue.
International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, size, and weight. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or other delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
